By purchasing or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Program

The Couples Therapist Toolbox is an approximately eight-month professional development program for therapists who are new or newer to couples therapy.

The Program includes a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning, including live sessions and self-paced materials. Depending on the module and stage of the Program, participants may receive access to videos, PDFs, templates, live calls, community discussions, educational resources, and other learning materials.

The Program is intended to complement foundational couples therapy education and training. It is not intended to replace formal education, clinical supervision, professional consultation, or training in an established couples therapy model.

Continuing Education credits are not included with the Program unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility

The Program is intended for qualified mental health professionals.

To participate, you must be a registered therapist in the province, state, country, or other jurisdiction in which you practise, or meet the equivalent professional qualification requirements approved by us.

Coaches who are not qualified therapists are not eligible to participate.

You may be required to provide documentation confirming your professional registration or eligibility during the registration process.

If you are unsure whether you meet the eligibility requirements, please contact us at couplestherapisttoolbox@gmail.com before enrolling.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if we determine that a participant does not meet the Program's professional eligibility requirements. If enrollment is cancelled for eligibility reasons, any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Program Dates and Access

Program access is scheduled to begin on October 8, 2026.

Access will continue until June 8, 2027.

Program access is not currently advertised or provided as lifetime access. Access to Program materials, platforms, communities, recordings, or other resources may end when the Program concludes.

Some materials may be available for download where we specifically indicate that downloading is permitted. Access to other materials may remain limited to the Program platform.

4. Program Format and Changes

The Program includes live and self-paced components. Because the Program is interactive and may evolve in response to participant needs, feedback, clinical discussions, and educational considerations, reasonable adjustments may be made to the curriculum, schedule, materials, delivery methods, or individual sessions.

Updates may be communicated during weekly Program sessions, by email, or through the Program platform.

We will make reasonable efforts not to materially reduce the overall value or core purpose of the Program after enrollment.

If a significant change is required due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will communicate that change as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Early Bird Pricing

Participants who register on or before September 25, 2026 may purchase the full Program for:

$1,599 CAD plus applicable HST

This price applies to a one-time payment.

Regular Pricing

After September 25, 2026, the Program price is:

$1,999 CAD plus applicable HST

Payment Plan

Participants who choose a payment plan will pay a total Program fee of:

$1,999 CAD plus applicable HST

The payment plan will consist of:

4 payments of 499.75 CAD, payable according to the payment schedule provided at checkout.

Enrollment in a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full $1,999 Program fee, even if you later stop attending, withdraw from the Program, or do not complete the Program, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

6. Failed or Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact you and request updated payment information.

If an outstanding payment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Program, including live sessions, Program materials, recordings, and community spaces.

Termination of access due to non-payment does not automatically cancel amounts already owing under an agreed payment plan.

We may take reasonable and lawful steps to recover outstanding amounts, including referring unpaid accounts to a collection service.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original registration date.

To request a refund, email couplestherapisttoolbox@gmail.com within the 7-day refund period.

If a refund is approved, your access to the Program, Program platform, community, materials, recordings, and other participant resources will end.

After the 7-day refund period, Program fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Participants using a payment plan remain responsible for the full payment-plan commitment after the refund period has expired.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content and materials, including videos, recordings, presentations, written materials, frameworks, worksheets, templates, PDFs, graphics, exercises, teaching materials, and other resources, are owned by or licensed to Amanda Bacchus unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing the Program does not transfer ownership of these materials to you.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Program materials for your own professional education and development.

You may download Program materials only where we expressly indicate that downloading is permitted.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, modify for redistribution, teach from, or commercially exploit Program materials.

Templates or resources may be used only in the manner specifically permitted within the Program.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, recording, sharing, or use of Program materials may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may result in further legal action where appropriate.

9. Account and Access Sharing

Enrollment is for one individual participant unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not share your username, password, login credentials, Program access, recordings, downloads, or other restricted resources with another person.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account or Program materials are being shared without permission.

10. Community Code of Conduct

The Program is intended to provide a professional, respectful, supportive learning environment for therapists.

Participants are expected to attend and participate respectfully, recognize and appreciate differences in perspectives and professional experiences, challenge ideas respectfully, and provide constructive and supportive feedback.

Harassment, bullying, discriminatory conduct, threats, personal attacks, spam, inappropriate solicitation, disruptive behaviour, or misuse of Program spaces is not permitted.

Participants must also respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

Because clinical situations may be discussed as part of professional learning, participants are responsible for protecting client confidentiality and complying with the privacy, confidentiality, ethical, and professional obligations that apply to their own practice. Participants should not disclose information that improperly identifies a client or violates their professional obligations.

If behaviour is disruptive or violates these expectations, we may issue a warning.

A second violation may result in removal from the Program without refund. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal where we reasonably determine that a warning would be inappropriate or insufficient.

11. Confidentiality Within the Program

Participants may hear personal experiences, professional challenges, clinical questions, business information, or other information shared by fellow participants during live sessions or community discussions.

You agree to treat information shared within the Program community with appropriate confidentiality and professional discretion.

You may not record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly share another participant's contribution without their permission.

This obligation does not prevent anyone from making a disclosure that is legally required or required by their applicable professional or ethical obligations.

12. Educational and Professional Disclaimer

The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes.

It is designed to support the development of clinical reasoning, professional judgement, reflection, and practical thinking in couples therapy.

Participation in the Program does not create a therapist-client, supervisor-supervisee, legal, accounting, financial, medical, or other individualized professional advisory relationship between you and Amanda Bacchus unless a separate written agreement specifically establishes such a relationship.

The Program does not replace foundational professional education, formal clinical supervision, consultation, legal advice, professional regulatory guidance, or your own ethical and professional responsibilities.

Couples therapy involves complex situations that may require consideration of client circumstances, professional standards, regulatory requirements, laws, ethical obligations, risk factors, and information that cannot be fully addressed within a general educational program.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any information, approach, discussion, suggestion, resource, or educational material before applying it in your own professional practice.

You are responsible for the clinical decisions you make and for ensuring that your work complies with the laws, professional standards, codes of ethics, regulatory requirements, scope-of-practice requirements, and supervision or consultation obligations applicable to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Amanda Bacchus is not responsible for how participants interpret, apply, or use Program information in their work with clients or in their professional practice.

13. No Guarantee of Professional or Clinical Results

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any particular professional, clinical, business, financial, educational, or career outcome.

Professional development depends on many factors, including your prior education, professional experience, participation, judgement, reflection, implementation, supervision, consultation, and individual circumstances.

Examples, scenarios, participant experiences, testimonials, and other results discussed in connection with the Program are illustrative only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

14. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Program may use third-party services such as video-conferencing software, course-hosting platforms, payment processors, email providers, cloud-storage services, community platforms, or other technology providers.

Examples may include Wix, Google, Zoom.

Your use of these platforms may also be subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

While we take reasonable steps when selecting and using service providers, we do not control third-party platforms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outages, technical failures, policy changes, service interruptions, security incidents, privacy breaches, data losses, or other acts or omissions caused by third-party providers and outside our reasonable control.

15. Privacy

Information necessary to administer your registration and participation may be used to process payments, verify eligibility, provide Program access, communicate schedule or Program updates, respond to questions, and deliver other transactional or administrative communications.

Purchasing or participating in the Program does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional or marketing communications.

Where marketing consent is requested, it will be handled separately and you will be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications in accordance with applicable law.

16. Termination of Participation

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Program if you:

fail to make required payments;

engage in abusive, harassing, inappropriate, or seriously disruptive behaviour;

violate another participant's privacy or confidentiality;

share confidential Program access or login credentials;

copy, distribute, reproduce, or misuse copyrighted Program materials;

provide false or misleading eligibility information;

cease to meet Program eligibility requirements; or

otherwise materially breach these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct the violation before terminating access.

However, serious misconduct, confidentiality breaches, intellectual-property violations, or conduct that could reasonably place participants, clients, the Program, or others at risk may result in immediate termination.

Participants whose access is terminated for violation of these Terms are not entitled to a refund except where required by law.

Serious violations may also result in further legal action where appropriate.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amanda Bacchus and any employees, contractors, facilitators, representatives, or service providers involved in delivering the Program will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in or use of the Program.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from your professional decisions, use or interpretation of Program materials, loss of data, loss of business, lost profits, lost opportunities, service interruptions, or third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Program will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including widespread technology failures, internet outages, illness or incapacity, natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide an alternative session, resource, delivery method, or other reasonable solution.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may make reasonable updates to these Terms to reflect changes in the Program, technology, legal requirements, policies, or operational practices.

Changes that materially affect existing participants will be communicated by email, through the Program platform, or during Program sessions where appropriate.

Changes will not retroactively remove material rights that participants have already acquired under the version of the Terms that applied when they enrolled, except where a change is required by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication.

Any legal proceeding that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, checkout information, payment-plan terms, and any other policies specifically incorporated into these Terms, form the agreement between you and us regarding your participation in the Program.
